I enjoy solving complex technical problems and helping organisations adopt modern technologies through software development, platform migrations, and intelligent automation.

Currently, I work at OFX as part of a global support team, supporting the migration of clients to an updated platform through technical assistance, system management, and issue resolution. As part of this role, I also contribute to the training and optimisation of our Enterprise AI platform, which is used to gather information, investigate issues, recommend solutions, and route requests to the appropriate teams.

Previously, I have worked on API integrations for customers and partners, contributed to the deprecation of outdated systems, and assisted with the migration of legacy platforms to modern platforms.

I am passionate about expanding my technical expertise and further developing my proficiency across a range of programming languages, development environments, and tools.
